Transfer pricing advice

With the expansion of companies' business activities abroad, transfer pricing is attracting increasing attention from both taxpayers and tax authorities. Against this background, we are at your disposal with various transfer pricing consultations.

  • German taxpayers involved in cross-border transactions with associated companies are generally obliged to prepare transfer pricing documentation that complies with German transfer pricing regulations.

In most of the recent tax audit cases, the submission of transfer pricing documentation was requested by the tax office. Sanctions can be imposed if the taxpayer fails to comply with this obligation.

We support you in creating and updating transfer pricing documentation that not only complies with German transfer pricing documentation regulations, but also with the requirements of the OECD's BEPS project.

  • In most of the recent tax audits, transfer pricing documentation is requested by the German tax authorities, which in our experience focus on auditing cross-border transactions with related parties.
